Ep 249: 'Undone' Review
Saturday Sep 28, 2019
Saturday Sep 28, 2019
'Undone' is a unique show from Amazon Prime. It's not unique because it uses rotoscoping, an older style of animation, for the visuals. Undone is unique because of the storytelling and mature content that is delivered through stunning performances from the cast. We do need to mention that there are some trigger warnings for this show including - suicide, loss of a parent, and mental illness. Join Sean and Dave as they delve into the Undone and some of it's ambiguous and thought provoking story.

Dave gets to chat with BoJack Horseman creator and showrunner Raphael Bob-Waksberg about the Emmy-nominated episode "Free Churro." Joining the conversation are the show’s supervising director Michael Hollingsworth, and this episode’s director Amy Winfrey. Much of the conversation revolved around the Emmy-nominated episode, how it came together, Will Arnett’s performance in it, and the particular problems that arise in trying to animate what’s essentially a 25-minute one-shot.
